Our Quality Commitment
Quality Assurance (QA)
- ✓ Defined processes aligned to API 5CT, API 5L, and ISO 9001
- ✓ Supplier qualification and raw material approval
- ✓ Project-specific Quality Control Plans issued before production
- ✓ Regular internal and external audits
- ✓ Continuous improvement through corrective action review
Quality Control (QC)
- ✓ Incoming raw material inspection — chemistry and mechanical
- ✓ In-process dimensional and visual checks
- ✓ NDT: ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing
- ✓ Final dimensional inspection to API tolerances
- ✓ Full traceability — heat number to finished pipe
Mill Test Certificates
A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is issued for every heat of pipe we supply. It records the heat number, chemical composition (C, Mn, P, S, Cr, Mo, Ni, V, Nb, Ti, CEpcm), and mechanical test results (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, CVN impact values where applicable). MTCs are supplied with every shipment — no exceptions.

Quality Control Plan
For every project order we prepare a project-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP). The QCP defines each inspection hold point, the responsible party, the acceptance criteria, and the documentation required. The example below is an 11-page QCP for an API 5L SMLS X65QS PSL-2 order (273.1 × 15.8 mm, 3LPP coating).

Third-Party Inspection
Independent third-party inspection (TPI) is available on all orders — coordinated with SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or a client-nominated inspector. The final inspection report below covers dimensional, visual, NDT, and hydrostatic testing for an actual customer shipment.
