ZC wire rod products are produced with stable chemical composition, minimum dimensional deviation, high cleanliness, low inclusion content, and fine metallurgical structure. Main wire rod products cover prestressed wire and strand, tire cord wire, spring steel, cold heading steel, and galvanised steel wire. Rebar is supplied in HRB400–600 per GB/T 1499.2 and in BS 4449, ASTM A615/A706, and KS D 3504 for export markets.

Chemical stability
Tight carbon, manganese, and micro-alloy ranges — heat-to-heat deviation within ±0.005% C for critical grades
Inclusion cleanliness
Low total oxygen (< 20 ppm for cord/spring grades); Ca treatment and LF + VD refining
Surface quality
Controlled decarburisation depth; surface defects detected by online electromagnetic NDT on high-carbon grades
Diameter tolerance
±0.35 mm standard; ±0.15 mm precision per GB/T 14981 / EN 10016

Coil weight 500–2,500 kg; OD 1,050–1,250 mm; inner diameter 830–850 mm
