ZC supplies welded stainless steel pipe from OD 10 mm to 2500 mm in austenitic, super austenitic, and duplex grades. Continuous-production welded pipe covers OD 10–219 mm (up to 8″); rolled-production large-diameter pipe covers OD 219–2500 mm.

Manufacturing Process
Continuous Production — OD 10–219 mm
Strip formed and seam-welded by automated TIG or plasma-arc process, followed by in-line solution annealing and pickling. Consistent weld quality and tight dimensional tolerances suit pressure service and instrumentation runs.
Rolled Production — OD 219–2500 mm
Stainless plate rolled to pipe and seam-welded by SAW or GTAW + SAW, with full post-weld heat treatment. Suited for large-diameter chemical, desalination, and structural service.

- → Non-destructive examination — eddy current or ultrasonic (ASTM A530 / EN 10217-7 NDE-A/B) — 100% weld seam
- → Dimensional inspection — OD, WT, length, straightness, ovality per ASME B36.19M / EN ISO 1127
- → Tensile test — UTS, YS, elongation per ASTM A370; one per heat/lot
- → IGC test (sensitisation) — ASTM A262 Practice E for 321, 321H, 347, 347H grades — available on request
- → PMI (positive material identification) — XRF scan — 100% or sampling frequency per contract
- → MTC — EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate standard; 3.2 third-party available on request
