- → Impact test (Charpy V-notch) — Required for HDD grades G105/S135/V150 — 54 J (G105/S135) or 80 J (V150) at 0 °C
- → Hardness survey — Brinell HBW on pipe body and upset/tool-joint zone per lot
- → Dimensional inspection — OD, WT, tool-joint dimensions, and straightness; 100% per lot
- → NDE — Ultrasonic + magnetic particle inspection on pipe body and tool-joint area
- → MTC — EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate; ZT-series proprietary mill certification
